You meet. Pilot follows up on the open items and commitments, even for people outside your company.

  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Teams

No need to invite it to the meeting: it works from your own computer, with no complicated setup.

You talk. The app writes, organizes and makes clear what is still pending.

When it ends you have the full text, who said each thing and the tasks ready to hand out. Without writing a single line during the meeting.

Record or upload the meeting

Record your microphone and what plays on your computer: it works in person and on video calls. You can also upload audio or video you already have. The app turns it into text while you record or when you finish.

Know who said what

The app separates the voices and marks the time of each sentence. You add the names, and the app can remember those voices for your next meetings. When it is not sure, it tells you.

  1. Ana

Let's send the proposal on Friday.

  2. Carlos

    I'll check the numbers first.

  3. Unconfirmed voice

And who lets the client know?

Tasks already assigned

When it ends, the app suggests the meeting's commitments with the person and the date that were mentioned. You choose who takes each one, confirm the date and send them to Pilot. People who don't use Pilot can get their task by email.

A summary that makes sense

“Summary, topics, decisions and commitments, in a single note.”

Everything is searchable

“Search for a word in what was said and listen to the audio again.”

Ask your meetings

“What did we decide about the budget last week?” The answer tells you which meeting it comes from.

The summary, the suggested tasks, translation between Spanish and English and the questions use your ChatGPT subscription. Noise and people talking at once can cause mistakes: check the text before using it as a record.

Free and private.

Recording, transcribing and separating voices happen on your Mac. Your audio is not uploaded anywhere, and your library is stored protected on your computer.

For the summary and the tasks, the app uses your own ChatGPT subscription, with no separate paid keys. It sends only the text it needs, never the audio.

Of your meetings' content, only what you choose to send reaches Pilot, after you review it. And you can save password-protected backups in the folder you choose.

The app is free. When you register, Pilot receives your name, your email and installation details: an identifier, the language, the system and the app version.

Open it and start.

A few simple steps to get your first meeting in writing.

  1. 01

Download the Mac file and open it.

  2. 02

Drag Pilot-Transcribe to Applications and open it. If your Mac asks whether you want to open it, click “Open”.

  3. 03

Enter your name and email to register for free. You don't need a Pilot account.

  4. 04

In “Local models”, download the models to transcribe and separate voices. After that, transcribing works without internet.

Your next meeting, in writing.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before downloading

What is Pilot-Transcribe?

It is a free Mac app that records and transcribes your meetings on your computer. It tells who spoke, prepares a summary with the decisions and helps you leave every task assigned to its person.

How much does it cost?

Nothing: the app is free. We only ask for your name and email to register. The summary and suggested tasks use your own ChatGPT subscription, if you connect it; without it you can still record, transcribe, separate voices and export.

Does my audio leave my computer?

No. Recording, transcribing and separating voices happen on your Mac. ChatGPT only receives the text it needs, never the audio. Of your meetings, Pilot only receives what you choose and review. When you register, Pilot receives your name, your email and installation details (an identifier, the language, the system and the version).

How do tasks get assigned?

When the meeting ends, the app suggests the commitments with the person and the date that were mentioned; you can also add them by hand. You choose who takes each one, confirm the date and send them to Pilot with your account. People who don't use Pilot can get their task by email. Nothing goes out without your review.

Which languages does it transcribe?

Spanish and English, and with your ChatGPT you can translate the meeting from one to the other. The app itself is available in seven languages.

What do I need to use it?

A Mac with macOS 14.6 or later (Apple Silicon or Intel) and space for the transcription models. Internet to register, download the models, use ChatGPT and send to Pilot; recording and transcribing work offline. Windows will come later.
